Job Description
We are looking for an Academy Technical Mentor (Intern) to support students in their job readiness journey. This role involves evaluating technical skills, conducting mock assessments, and analyzing interview performance to ensure students are well-prepared for placements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MERN stack technologies, be passionate about mentorship, and be eager to contribute to improving student success rates.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize students across different regions and match them with relevant job opportunities daily.
- Conduct weekly project evaluations to review students’ work.
- Host mock interview calls to assess students’ technical skills and share relevant resources to improve their interview preparation.
- Assess interview performance by gathering insights from students’ interview experiences and by reviewing interview recordings to understand pain points.
- Evaluate skill readiness to ensure students’ technical preparation aligns with industry expectations.
- Gather and analyze feedback to enhance placement preparation strategies and improve success rates.
- Track placement success rates by monitoring student progress and analyzing placement outcomes.

Must-Have:
- Strong understanding of MERN stack concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and Python.
- Must have completed any degree.
- Passion for technical mentoring, skill assessment, and training students for placements.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, skilled in visual data presentation, and capable of managing and analyzing large datasets efficiently.
