Overview

The Packaging Design Operations Intern will support our team in streamlining design workflows, supporting project timelines + production trafficking and ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

Assist in the organization and management of packaging design projects from concept to production.

Support cross-functional collaboration between design, marketing, and production teams.

Help maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.

Organize and track packaging samples, materials, and supplier communications.

Provide general administrative support to the packaging and operations team as needed.

Assist in managing our internal routing system.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials and production processes is a bonus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for design, innovation, and sustainable packaging solutions.
• Ability to work in office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
